The winds of change may be blowing for public education. I have read and listened to people discussing the changes that need to take place. At this point we really need a ground swell.

Our public education system is in the throes of the death struggle. The older educators seem unwilling to make a significant difference. Are there any younger educators willing to change pubic education?

The changes in public education are in their infancy now we are going to witness further changes. Are we going to get ahead of the curve or are we going to wait until someone decides our fate?

The majority of urban educators are afraid to make changes in the way they do business because their lifestyle would have to change.
Unfortunately, black children cannot wait for the next generation. They need us now.

We have a real decline in enrollments. Parents are moving out of our district and the city. As a result we have fewer kids. What can we do?
